Control the brightness of incandescent bulbs or speed of AC fan. Up to two devices can be controlled at the same time. Doesn't work with energy saving bulbs.

 

Make circuit connection according to the 2nd photo (2 lights or 2 fans or 1 light, 1 fan). Then download arduino code from the Documents tab of this page and upload to arduino.
